Dubai records AED 252 billion in property transactions in the first quarter of 2026
According to the Dubai Land Department, transaction value rose 31% from the same period last year.
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) published the figures for the first quarter on 9 April 2026.
Figures
- Total transaction value: AED 252 billion (up 31% year on year)
- Number of transactions: 60,303 (up 6%)
- Investment value: AED 173 billion (up 22%)
- New investors: 29,312 (up 14%)
- Foreign investment: AED 148.35 billion (up 26%)
What it means for investors
Value is rising faster than the number of transactions, so the average transaction is getting larger. The rise in new investors shows that demand is not coming only from existing investors.
These figures describe a past period and give no assurance about future prices. The picture differs by area, project and handover date.
